❌ Any cancellations requested after approval may incur costs associated with completed work. 🗒️ Note for customer provided goods to allow for 2% or minimum 2 pieces customer absorption of misprints and spoilage. 🧾 Any reseller with a valid resale license needs to provide the certificate via this link, or email.
💳 Unless your account is on specific payment terms, all orders require 100% payment at Order and Artwork approval. Payments can be made in check, cash, zelle, ACH, and credit card. Any payment amount over $3,500 will incur 3.5% transaction fee if paid by credit card. ACH payments have no transaction fee.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns on custom imprinted merchandise. Please review your custom order once it is received. If there are any concerns or questions, please reach out within the first 72 hours.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
